Pet Care Advice

We strive to provide the best quality of care for the animals in our stores and we pride ourselves in offering sound advice both before you purchase an animal, and afterwards, to ensure it's health and wellbeing for the rest of it's natural life.

We offer a range of free animal care leaflets detailing the animals that we sell, and through our membership of the Pet Care Trust, we are pleased to offer you a more extensive range of pet care leaflets. Please click on the link below and download any of the care leaflets that interest you.

We encourage customers to think through the animals’ requirements and their responsibilities to the animal before you consider making a purchase. We reserve the right of sale in all cases. We will never sell an animal on impulse, as we believe that this is never good for the animal or the owners.

If customers have animals that they wish to find homes for, then we have FREE notice boards in all our stores where customers can advertise kittens and puppies etc. We also advertise all the events from the local animal charities in our stores so if you wish to keep up to date with the local events, please pop in.
