Our staff are fully trained to help with any of the products we stock, and they are here to help with any advice you may need with your animals.

You will find that we strive to provide the best quality of care for the animals in our stores. We pride ourselves in offering sound advice both before you purchase an animal, and afterwards, to ensure it's health and wellbeing for the rest of it's natural life. We offer a range of free animal care leaflets and we will never sell an animal on impulse, as we believe that this is never good for the animal or the owners. Please think through your pet's requirements and your responsibilities to the animal before you consider making a purchase. We reserve the right of sale in all cases.

Through this site, you can find information on each of our stores, together with details of our instore special offers and our exclusive “Gold Card” scheme which is FREE to join and gives you 5% off virtually all products in the store.

We also offer a FREE delivery service from our stores so you can ring or email your order through to us and sit back and wait for your products to arrive. Orders for delivery must be over £25 and be within 5 miles of our stores.
